Hi! I'm Arindam Barua

After having spent over 15 years in the tech industry in the San Francisco Bay Area as an engineering software development manager and senior software engineer at companies like Google and Microsoft, I have taken on my passion of helping others meet their real estate goals. 


As a seasoned real estate investor with over a decade of real estate investing experience in California, Texas, Missouri and Tennessee, I want to help you succeed whether you are looking to buy/sell your first home in California, or, are looking to make smart investments in short term or long term rentals (read more about the short term investment program below)


I am also very interested in personal finance, the FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) movement, asset protection and am happy to share my learnings and experiences.

Communication guarantee: once you list the home, if you don't hear at least once every week from us on the status of the listing, we will reduce our commission by $250 / week, no limits.
